Recently, the Australian and International Pilots Association (AIPA) hosted their Retirement Dinner at The Four Seasons Hotel in Sydney, which MGD had the pleasure of sponsoring. The night included guest speakers, live music, and great conversation between business sponsors, friends and colleagues, and recently retired AIPA professionals.

In his remarks, MGD’s Richard Marsden noted how COVID-19 has accelerated the adoption of meeting technology such as Zoom and Teams, allowing people to easily connect with good financial advice from wherever they might live, and how a well-planned and sensible financial strategy helps people reach financial independence.

MGD was also represented by five other guests in attendance: Andrew Albury, Ronan Zille, Julian de Blonk, Alec Berry, and Jess Harris.

The event was a great opportunity to recognise MGD’s history of helping successful aviation professionals, and retirees, navigate the complexities of the financial world for over 40 years.

MGD wishes the recent AIPA retirees the very best in this new phase of their life and further success in their well-earned retirements.
