Recently, the Australian Veterinary Association (AVA) North and Central Queensland Branches hosted their two-day “Back to the Bush” Branch Meeting at the Civic and Cultural Centre in Longreach. More than 40 Veterinarians from the Association and greater region including Dalby, Rockhampton, Barcaldine, Bundaberg, and Mackay, attended the meeting.
“Back to the Bush” included a range of lectures led by industry experts on cattle economics, practical but simple orthopaedic radiography, fractures, and more. Between lecture sessions, attendees were welcome to peruse the exhibition.
Stephen Furness and Richard Marsden attended as MGD representatives, providing attendees with information on who we are, what we do as a firm, and how we can assist professionals in the veterinarian field.
