Andrew Albury, Director of Brisbane based boutique financial services firm MGD has been shortlisted as a finalist in the Queensland 2017 SMSF and Accounting Awards.

Mr Albury has been announced as one of nine finalists in the SMSF Adviser of the Year category of the awards program, hosted by SMSF Adviser, an Australian publication for SMSF professionals.

The inaugural SMSF and Accounting Awards recognises individuals and businesses that are making their mark in SMSF and accounting advice by championing professionalism, quality advice and innovation.

MGD Director and CEO, John Barton, said the nomination is a true reflection of Andrew’s dedication, professionalism and focus in providing first-rate advice for his clients.

In his role as Wealth Management Director, Andrew provides well-thought out, holistic advice to his clients with a particular focus on strategy, compliance and administration surrounding SMSFs. Andrew is regularly called upon by CPA Australia to share his expertise at conferences and seminars nationwide.
